Garage Door

New garage door today! Nothing else that exciting to report.
We started picking out paint colors :) I can't wait to decorate! Hopefully we will see some siding soon!

Salon!

Today they framed in the space I will be using for my salon! I can't wait to get in there and decorate!!!! Woo-Hoo!!!!

Concrete

They poured the concrete for our garage today! Hopefully this means they will frame my salon soon :)

Electrical

I love Mondays when you are building a house! We took our friends Zach and Rachel up to the house today to show them around. Looks like they did a lot of electrical work today and delivered our Hardie Plank Siding! I guess that must mean they are going to get the siding up this week! Yay!!!! I can't wait to see what will get done tomorrow!

Windows & Doors

Today my Dad, Sister and I went to check out the house (I go almost every day now, hehehe) and we got to check out the new windows, doors and see that they got all the Tyvek up, furnace installed and the ducts done. It was the first time my sister has been up there since they poured the foundation, so it was great that she could actually walk through the house and get a better idea of where everything is going to go.

Plumbing

Plumbing today! They did all the plumbing work today and installed our shower and bathtub :) They even set up the plumbing for my salon sink!!!

Roof!

Excited to see a new roof when we went to the property today :)

Exploring The House

Today Maddux and my parents came to see the progress of the house! We all got to walk thru and explore the house! It looks like they are going to get started on the roof tomorrow :)

I can't believe how fast they can frame a house!!! It is fun to be able to walk thru our future home :)

Framing

Drove to the property today and found 3 garage walls and a floor! Yipee!!!!

The Oregon Zoo

Today we took Maddux on his first zoo adventure. We went with Brandon, Kayla and Aliya Lindquist to the Oregon Zoo. Maddux and Aliya spent most of the day riding in the wagon together looking at all the animals, it was so cute!
We rode the train to the Rose Garden and walked around for a little while, by then the kids were pretty tired but they did so good! It was such a fun day, I can't wait to do it again soon :)
